Etsy Profit Calculator is a free tool for Etsy sellers who want to know their real profit per order — not just their revenue.

Why we built it

Because sellers keep guessing. You see a sale come in, you think "great, that's $30." Then the fees hit. Then Offsite Ads. Then a country-specific rule you forgot about. By the time it's over, the number in your bank barely resembles the number you saw at checkout.

We couldn't find a simple tool that showed every fee on its own line, modeled 18 seller countries accurately, and subtracted the seller's actual costs (materials, shipping, packaging, labor). So we built one.

What it does

It's independent. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Etsy, Inc. Fee rates are based on publicly available Etsy documentation and the calculator's verified country configuration. Sellers should always confirm final figures in their own Etsy Payment Account.
